More About Me
Hans Struzyna was born and raised in the PNW (east side of Lake WA), attended and rowed for the University of Washington, and five years later went on to compete in the Olympics for Team USA. Post rowing retirement, he spent nearly a decade building a successful real estate practice in the Bay Area.

His wife Kristin, (also an Olympic Rower) joined him during the height of the pandemic and they took their business to another level. After years of helping clients navigate one of the country’s most competitive markets, they have moved back home to serve buyers and sellers in the communities Hans grew up in. 

Hans and Kristin run several other business including a long-standing real estate sign installation business, rowing coaching and real estate investing. His approach is calm, strategic, and service-driven—focused on giving clients the kind of support and communication he’d want for his own family.
